ChopSaver Natural Lip Balm Review and Giveaway {CLOSED}

For Musicians with Lips!
For People with Lips!
I was given the opportunity to work with ChopSaver on a review.  ChopSaver was founded by Dan Gosling “For Musicians with Lips”.  If you play an instrument, you would know all about how your lips feel or how they can get.  They can get chapped, swollen and sore.  Dan Gosling knows all about that because he is a trumpet player.  He was tired of lip balms or chap sticks that were waxy, tasted bad, smells bad, etc.  He developed a 100% natural lip balm and named it ChopSaver.  It may have started as a natural lip balm “For Musicians with Lips” with ChopSaver Original but also “For People with Lips” with ChopSaver Gold.  For my review, I was given the opportunity to try ChopSaver Original and ChopSaver Gold.
“Made of 100% natural ingredients, ChopSaver is a combination of shea butter, mango butter and other natural moisturizers. Its secret weapon is a mixture of herbs that promote healing and reduce swelling, chapping and soreness in a natural, gentle way. And the smell is clean yet not overpowering.”
I don’t play an instrument but I did give one of the tubes to my sister to try because she, like Dan, plays the trumpet.  She told me that she liked it a lot and was very pleased with ChopSaver herself.  I like using ChopSaver.  It doens’t feel greasy or sticky, it doesn’t have a flavor to it and it sure doesn’t have a weird taste to it like other lip balms might have.  It does have a scent to it but it isn’t a strong scent.  It kind of smells a little like citrus and it’s actually a pretty good scent and I like it.
I really like it because it helps the healing process of chapped lips and so much more!  ChopSaver Original is just as good as ChopSaver Gold.  The only difference is that with ChopSaver Gold, it contains SPF 15.  This is really great in the summer.  I get chapped lips really easy in the summer months.  It’s strange because I don’t really have a problem with chapped lips in the winter.  It’s those summer months that really dry my lips out and I have to constantly keep them moisturized.  I have been very pleased with the results that I have received with ChopSaver!
ChopSaver is also great for cold sores or canker sores.  You can also use ChopSaver for other things as well such as soothing bites, burns and scrapes – which by the way works! (I would use a different stick for that other than the one you use for your lips but that’s just me).  You can even use it under your eyes overnight to reduce puffiness around your eyes!  How cool is that for a lip balm?!  You can also apply your lip gloss or lipstick over ChopSaver and it doesn’t mess up the look of my gloss or any lip color I use.  I have my SPF 15 and can still wear my make-up!
My family and I absolutely love everything about ChopSaver!  Go ahead and try it for yourself and save your own chops!
The product was sent to me for free by the company for my use and review. I was not paid to write my review and my opinions are 100% my own.
