My Lip Stuff Natural Lip Balm Review and Giveaway {CLOSED}

I love lip balm, lip gloss, chapstick, any thing that I can get my hands on.  I use it all the time and I have to have some with me everywhere I go.  I also love natural products.  I came across My Lip Stuff one day and was looking around their site and saw how many different flavors of lip balms they have.  They have over 500 different flavors.  Because of my obsession with the stuff, I was intrigued!  I was given the opportunity to work with My Lip Stuff on a review which of course I was thrilled with.  I took some more time reading about My Lip Stuff and came to fell in love with the company itself.
My Lip Stuff was started by a woman named Brea in 1999.  She used lip balms all the time too and she is also a vegan and wanted something natural.  She began doing research and after many months, she came up with a recipe that worked.  At first it was for her personal use and eventually turned into a small word of mouth type business.  Later in 2001, she was put on bed rest during her pregnacy, became ill and she had to deliver her baby only 5 months into her pregnancy.  Her son is autistic/special needs and so a typical job just wasn’t going to cut it taking all her time away from her son so she got My Lip Stuff off the ground and 8 years later and counting, My Lip Stuff is a booming online store!
I was sent three My Lip Stuff lip balms and received a tube of their Shamrock Shake – yummy!, a tube of Vanilla Grapefruit – Mmmm!, and Coconut Graham Squares – love it!  The lip balm just glides on my lips like butter!  They make my lips really soft and they don’t make my lips feel sticky at all.  They even give them a little shine to them.  Every now and then my lips may get dry (maybe because they are used to constantly having something on them).  My Lip Stuff takes care of that pretty quickly.  I don’t think I’ll have a single problem with chapped lips come Fall season.
The flavors are really good.  It’s weird though.  If I lick my lips, I don’t get much of a flavor on my tongue at all, which I actually prefer but I can taste it when it’s on my lips.  I don’t really know how to explain it but it’s good!  And they smell good too.  My hubby noticed when he gave me a smooch before he went to the gas station to fill up the car.  He thought the one I was wearing at the time was good too!  I still can’t get over how soft and moisturized my lips are!
My daughter loves using them too.  Along with her disabilities also comes a few quirks and ticks and one of them is constantly rubbing her lips.  Her lips are bone dry all the time and they always look really bad.  I can’t even explain how bad they look most of the time.  She used a tube of it for a week and her lips looked almost like what they should look like.  I was very surprised about this because I don’t know how many different products we have used to try to heal her lips.
The ingredients found in My Lip Stuff lip balms are all natural which include:  sunflower oil, beeswax, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil, aloe vera, essential and/or flavor oil.  My Lip Stuff also has other products that include body butters, bath salts, and more.  All products are made with natural ingredients and use recycled and recyclable materials whenever possible and use “green power”.
“My Lip Stuff’s products are NEVER tested on animals & contain natural (from the earth) ingredients that are skin loving. Our products do NOT contain any harsh ingredients- and NEVER contain petroleum or mineral oil! We also do what we can by using recycled (and recyclable) materials whenever possible, and even using “green power” (power from renewable resources such as wind, water, or landfill gases-instead of oil). We also Drive a Hybrid, and use only fluorescent lighting (no incandescent bulbs here!).  In the end, We strive to create a natural product made from only the highest quality ingredients, with the least amount of impact on the environment and its inhabitants, for the lowest possible price.”
Another reason I fell in love with the company is because they support a lot of companies that care for animals and the environment.  They also have some great ideas for what you can use your empty tubes of lip balms for instead of tossing them!  Anyway, I totally love My Lip Stuff lip balms!  I love the way they feel on my lips, taste, smell, and how soft my lips are.  And they are all natural!
The product was sent to me for free by the company for my use and review. I was not paid to write my review and my opinions are 100% my own.
