{Holiday Gift Guide} Scandle Candle Shimmering Body Candle Review

I have worked with Scandle Candle on a review before and was thrilled to have the opportunity again.  If you don’t know about Scandle Candle, I can tell you their products are amazing.  Their body candles work wonders on my skin – in my opinion, better than a lot of body lotions I have used.  Their body candles can be purchased in a refillable ceramic canister as seen below or they can be purchased in a travel size tin.

I was sent one of their Shimmering Body Candles in one of their traveling tins for my use and review.  The tins are really cute with a reduce, reuse, recycle band around them that can be used as a bracelet.  The tin can also be used for other things after the candle is all used up too!

This candle is not like your typical candle because when it is burned, its like an oil and not wax.  It burns very evenly and is made with soy and other nut products.  It burns at only 2 degrees above body temperature so there isn’t any worry for burning your skin.  You only let it burn until the candle melts and reaches the edges of the tin or ceramic canister.  This may not seem like a lot but less is definitely more.  You only need a little which is another thing that I love about it because even the travel tin lasts a while.  I also think it absorbs into my skin easily and doesn’t leave a greasy, oily, or sticky feeling or residue on my skin either.

You obviously need to make sure the flame is out before using it then you can pour a small amount onto your skin and massage into the skin.  Like I said, you don’t need much.  The Scandle Candle Shimmering Body Candle gives your skin a natural shimmer.  It’s nothing like body glitter or anything.  It really does look natural.  It hydrates skin which after using it, I definitely agree and it also deflects light to help hide any imperfections you may have on your skin.  It does wonders for wrinkles too which I find to be absolutely amazing!

I love the way it makes my skin feel.  It’s very soft and gives my skin the hydration it needs.  I love how well my skin looks too as it makes it look healthier.  I have dry skin in the cold weather months and Scandle Candle comes to the rescue.  Besides that, the warm oil feel good on my skin.  I love the Warm Vanilla Sugar Scent too.  It gives my skin the perfect scent without being too strong and it lingers around for a long time.  Not only does it work wonders on my skin and smells good after I use it, it also fills my house with a great scent when its burning!

It’s definitely a great way to relax and to pamper yourself.  Scandle Candle Shimmering Body Candle comes in a lot of great scents including some new holiday scents such as Autumn Harvest and Pumpkin Pie Spice.  These are a limited edition for fall and for a limited time, you can buy their new holiday scents that include White Christmas and Holiday Spirit.

This is not just a candle.  This is a candle that produces a wonderful lotion for great looking skin!  These would also make a great stocking stuffer this holiday season!
