Lilla Rose Flexi Hair Clip #Review and Rafflecopter #Giveaway {CLOSED}

I was super excited when I was contacted by Lilla Rose asking me if I would like to review one of their Flexi hair clips.  Unless I straighten my hair, I always put it up because it’s so long, thick and very curly.  I could probably go for another haircut come to think about it.  Anyway, I try not to use hair scrunchies or anything like that because I have always been told that using them could actually cause breakage.  I have a tough time with claws because after a while they hurt my head or just give me a headache.  Plus they also get in the way and are really uncomfortable if I lay my head back against something.  This is why the Flexi is so great!

The one pictured above is the one that I received.  I think it is so pretty!  Lilla Rose has so many different styles to choose from and they are all really pretty.  There are also a lot of different sizes to fit any hair type and hair style.  Depending on the hair type and hairstyle, you may need two to three different sizes for just about every hair-do you can think of.  Usually you will find that in order to be able to do all the different hairstyles with Flexi, you will only need two different sizes.  The best part is that they are very flexible and each one has three different fittings.  They are also very durable too no matter how much you need to bend it to get it in your hair.

The Flexi is so easy to use.  Attached to the flexible top part, there is a slider catch.  This is nice because there isn’t a chance of losing a pin to hair clip.  The other end of the slider are three notches.  When you push the pin through the other side if the hair clip, it catches on the notches.  That’s what makes the sizes great because one size can be used for different hair-do’s so you don’t need to have tons of different styles.  Another reason I think is great is that if I want to wear my hair a little more loosely or tighter, I can.

If you don’t do up your hair very many different ways, you may only need one size.  As I have already stated, I have long hair (about the middle of my back) very thick and coarse, and very naturally curly.  I use a Large Flexi and with that one size, I can put my hair up in a full twist or half twist, take up half of my hair with it in a loose style with the rest of it down, and I can also put it up in just a simple ponytail.  I did find that if I put my hair in a bun and use a Flexi (which looks really pretty by the way), I would probably need an extra large.

There are so many ways I can do my hair with one or two Flexi’s.  I can do pretty much whatever I want with one kind of hair accessory too instead of having all different types to do my hair in different ways.  The Flexi doesn’t hurt my head at all and I can even lay me head against something (like the seat in the car, pillow on the couch, etc.) without it bothering me.  The Flexi is my favorite hair accessory!
