Eraselet – The Bracelet That Erases! #Review and Rafflecopter #Giveaway {CLOSED}

This product is such a great idea!  I don’t know how many times my kids – especially our oldest, has lost erasers or the erasers at the end of her pencils are worn and gone.  She erases a LOT!  I can’t even count how many times I had to go looking through our house last school year looking for an eraser when she was doing her homework.  She loses them all!  Bryan Ricci invented Eraselets for this reason!  I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the company on a review and my kids love them!

Eraselets come in a great variety of different designs or prints.  We were sent a pack of Animals.  They are really cute!  Each pack comes with 6 Eraselets each in a different color.  The animal pack comes with eraselets in green, blue, yellow, orange, black, and white.  There is a turtle print, puppy dog, lion, monkeys, bears, and bunny print.  The animals are printed all the way around them.  My kids like to wear them anyway and they are fun to collect and trade.  If they are going to wear fun bracelets, why not wear ones that erase so they are never at a loss for an eraser?!

They remind me of a large, thick rubber band as they are made from a rubber material.  They are latex free so no worries there.  They are very stretchy which makes them easy to put on and to take off.  My kids like to wear 2 or 3 of them at one time.  They may be bracelets but they are fun for both girls and boys to wear.

When it comes to erasing, it’s best to use the inside of the eraselet so that way the front of them doesn’t get dirty from the pencil markings that are erased away.  It’s simple to use them to erase even by leaving them on the wrist.  Just stretch them and hold it on the end of your thumb and your good to go!  Our daughter doesn’t have a problem doing this but our 6 year old son usually takes his off to erase and then puts it back on.  It’s just easier for him and the product does say that kids under the age of 7 may have problems using them this way.  I have used them myself and our 11 year old uses them in this manner all the time without a problem.

Even though they are super stretchy, we have never experienced them snapping or breaking.  They are pretty durable, very elasticy and really easy to use.  I can’t believe how great they erase too!  They erase wonderfully without doing any damage to the paper and I have tried it on a few different paper textures.  Where they are used for erasing does leave them dirty from the pencil markings which is why it’s best to use the inside of them.  Because of that, I was curious about if they will leave markings or make my kids’ wrists dirty.  To my surprise, those erased pencil markings did not rub off onto my kids’ skin!

I love Eraselets and so do my kids!  Like I said, they are fun to wear and collect, and they erase great.  And again, I think they are a wonderful product.  My kids can always have an eraser handy!  The best part is, they last quite a while too.  You know how typical erasers get shaving-like pieces when you use them?  It’s like these just erase without really wearing them out.  I really don’t think I have or my kids have had to brush eraser pieces off the paper after using them!
