Bath Luve Review and Giveaway {CLOSED}

Duck Bath Luve

My little guy never liked getting bathed.  He was always shivering in the water and if you are a mom or even a dad, you probably know as well as I do that trying to hurry through bath time with a little one getting angrier and angrier and becoming more squirmy than he already is can be frustrating.  This is why I love the Bath Luve.
The Bath Luve was created by Amy Seckinger after her stressing experiences at bath timewith her own son.  It can be stressing for mom and baby both. After given the opportunity to try a Bath Luve out for myself with our son, bath time really did become a little easier!  The purpose of the Luve is to keep chills to a minumum so baby isn’t sitting there in the tub shivering.  That’s why our son didn’t like to take baths.  The Bath Luve keeps him feeling warm!  If the Luve loses it’s warmth, all you have to do is put it in the warm bath water again.

So easy to use!

I was sent a Duck Bath Luve to for our use and review.  It’s really cute and made of a terrycloth type material.  It’s mostly yellow with an orange duck bill and orange feet.  The cutest thing about it is the Duck’s eyes.  It’s like they are plush and makes the Luve that much cuter!  Using the Bath Luve is really simple.

You run warm water over the Luve and just lay it over your little one with the feet of the duck over the shoulders.  It covers baby’s chest and belly and goes down just a little further than his belly.  Which, by the way is great for boys.  I’ll tell you why.  See, my little guy likes to pee all the time including when he is in the bath.  Since he is a boy, it tends to spray straight up so if he is covered, there aren’t any worries!

I wish I had known about the Bath Luve when he was really little because as much as we love the Bath Luve now, we would have really loved it then.  He is older now so bath time has become a little easier.  He still doesn’t like it at first and when we used our Bath Luve, he warmed up to it much better than before, he wasn’t shivering and was splashing in the water in no time.

Final thoughts…

It was honestly a big difference from the last time he got a bath.  I was glad that it made things easier because we also had to stop using his infant tub because he is too big for it and we had to put him in our tub.  That’s a struggle by itself because he’s only 6 months old and still isn’t sitting on his own so my hubby has to hold him up while I wash.

Even though he is sitting in the tub, the Bath Luve still stayed in place really well.  I have said it before, we love it.  It really does make bath time easier and our little guy can relax a little.  We can place the Luve on his front if we are washing his back and when we wash him in the front, we can simply move it to his back.  He stays pretty warm this way!  I believe that bath time should be as stress free as possible from the first time baby gets a bath.  In my opinion, the Bath Luve reduces stress for babies and parents both!

The product was sent to me for free by the company for my use and review. I was not paid to write my review and my opinions are 100% my own.
