{Back to School} GreenSmart Puku Messenger Bag Review and Giveaway {CLOSED}

Do you need a great quality messenger bag to tote around your laptop?  How about a backpack or lunch bag/box?  How great would it be if you have one of these products that are completely green?!  GreenSmart can help with their wonderful products made of 100% recycled plastic bottles!  I was given an opportunity to work with GreenSmart on a review – the Puku Messenger Bag.  GreenSmart’s mission is to embed eco-friendliness into every Bottles 2 Bags product that they create.  Plastic bottles are one of the biggest environmental problem we face today.  Did you know that there is enough crushed plastic bottles per year that can fill up the Rose Bowl Stadium every two weeks?  GreenSmart takes those bottles and makes fabric out of them to create their fabulous products!
The Puku Messenger Bag
I absolutely love this bag!  There are three colors you can choose from:  olive, black and burnt orange.  I have used it to carry my scrapbooking materials in, binders, notebooks, etc. and there is tons of spaces to keep pens, calculators, notepads, whatever you need.  I have used it for day trips to carry baby items and have used it as a diaper bag and purse all in one!  There is so much space in it, it’s unbelievable! 
Just to give you an idea of how big it is, here it is sitting in my computer chair:
The shoulder strap is very durable and strong.  It’s also adjustable and comfortable to wear on your shoulders.  Unlike other messenger bags, the Puku has easy access to the top instead of a flip over part.  It zips open and closed on the top.  There is a side pocket on both sides, a zippered pocket on the bottom of the front and above the zippered pocket is a flap that you can flip open to reveal a full width organization pocket.  The back of the bag also has a full width pocket as well.

What makes this bag so great is that it can also house a laptop!  There is a center piece attached to the bag on the inside (I’m holding it back in the above picture so you can see more storage/organization pockets) that completely safely holds a laptop.  See below:

The center piece is really soft and with the Puku Messenger Bag, you can carry your laptop and on the other side you can carry notebooks, etc. and whatever else you may need and still know that your laptop is safe from any harm!
Each GreenSmart Bottles 2 Bags products also has a GreenSmart logo on the front indicating how many plastic bottles were saved making that particular product.  30 plastic bottles were put to better use with the creation of the Puku Messenger Bag!  Not only is GreenSmart very eco-friendly, I thought it was very interesting to know that all their products are named by a different endagered animal and to support them, GreenSmart donates 10% of their profits to non-profit organizations helping to create a “greensmart planet”.
Not only are you getting a durable, great quality product, you are helping our environment!  This bag would be a wonderful bag for a high school student or college student getting ready for school.  GreenSmart also has other products that would fit the needs of younger kids too.  Go back to school in green!
