The Chalkboard Tee is a fun shirt for all kids.  This is a shirt that allows your child to display his/her own art on their shirt!  It really is like a chalkboard right on the shirt and comes with a set of chalk too!  I figured that my son would put it on and have chalk all over him but I was wrong about that.  When we received it, he thought it was the “coolest thing ever!”
It was easy for him to write on his shirt and he has a lot of fun with it!
At the bottom of the shirt, there is even a little place to store a piece of chalk so your child can carry some with him all the time.  We all now that art just comes to us at random times!
The chalk sticks to the “chalkboard” area really well.  Like I said, I figured that chalk would be everywhere but that is not the case at all.  You have to rub it off really well or with a wet cloth which means it doesn’t rub off that easily getting everywhere.  In fact without a damp cloth, it’s hard to come off – it stays put!  I don’t have to worry about my son bumping into anything getting chalk dust all over something else either.  To wipe it off, you really have to rub it off.  I think this is a good thing!
The shirt is really comfortable to wear.  The chalkboard area is somewhat like a graphic you may find on any tee except that it has a chalkboard feel to it.  It is recommended that you machine wash with like colors in cold water.  It does say that you shouldn’t tumble dry it so I just let it air dry after I take it out of the wash.  The size fits true and the fabric is really soft made of 100% cotton.  I didn’t really notice any shrinking in the wash either but of course I don’t dry it in the dryer either.

In my opinion, I think this is a really cute idea for a shirt and my son loves it.  It’s really not very messy and I was really impressed with that.  I think it would make a great gift for any kid!
