Sparklehearts Natural Beauty for Girls Shampoo/Conditioner Review and Giveaway {CLOSED}

Sparklehearts offers great natural products made for girls.  Their website is also very appealing to younger girls and they can even create their own Sparkleheart design for free and you can print it out, iron on transfer for a t-shirt, or save it to use as a desktop background!  I was given the opportunity to work with Sparklehearts on a review and we were sent a bottle of their Shine Shampoo and a bottle of their Rainbow Soft Conditioner.  All their products are 99.6% natural which of course I love because I think it’s great that there are products out there for kids that don’t include tons of added chemicals or ingredients that just simply aren’t needed.

When we received our package, our daughter was excited because she likes to have and use her own products!

Sparklehearts claims that their Shine Shampoo repairs and protects hair leaving hair looking radiant.  After our daughter had been using it, I can say it does a pretty good job!  It is made with Pansy Extract to protect from sun damage, Violet Extract and Aloe to soothe and soften hair, Rosemary to rejuvenate dull hair and bring bounce back into it, and last but not least, Natural Coconut and Sugar to provide a great foam lather and shiny clean!

Our daughter has very, very curly natural curly hair – she has my curse.  It’s really thick and the texture of her hair, like mine, can lose shine and bounce easily.  I did notice a difference in her hair after she had been using it.  Her hair felt softer, shinier, and there was a bit more bounce to it if she didn’t put it up in a ponytail.  I tried it on my own hair and thought it worked great for my hair as well.  I loved the way it lathered and rinsed out and cleans hair beautifully!  It also has a great scent to it too that lingers for my desired length of time without having an overpowering strong scent.

Another problem that both my daughter and I have is thick hair (I guess the extra, extra curly hair just isn’t enough) and using conditioner is a must if we want to get a brush or comb through it.  Rainbow Soft Conditioner is made with Vitamin b-5, Shea Butter and Jojoba, and Wheat Protein to moisturize, add shine and glow to hair, and gives your hair for a healthy look.  Sparklehearts claims their Rainbow Soft Conditioner repairs damage and restores shine and bounce.  I think it also does what it’s supposed to really well too!

The Rainbow Soft Conditioner leaves hair feeling really soft.  Using it with the shampoo makes a great system to bring back that shine and healthy look.  After using the conditioner, our daughter hasn’t had any problems brushing out her hair either after she has washed it.  The conditioner also rinses out really well which is a really good thing because sometimes our daughter has a problem rinsing out conditioners because sometimes they are heavy and hard to rinse.  I don’t remember her ever having a problem rinsing this conditioner out.  Rainbow Soft Conditioner also has a great scent to it that lingers without an overpowering scent.  I think it’s perfect for girls and our daughter loves using it.  I really like the performance!
