Peter Pauper Press – The Sweet Little Book of Cupcakes #Review and Rafflecopter #Giveaway {CLOSED}

Peter Pauper Press has a lot of great books such as organizers, journals, calendars and even all kinds of stationery products!  They also have great gifts for kids too and they also carry E-reader and Tablet covers!  Their stationery looks so beautiful!  I was thrilled to receive an opportunity to work with them and I will be posting a review of 5 of their products which I am really excited to share with you!

I LOVE making cupcakes and was really excited to have received The Sweet Little Book of Cupcakes!  The book is hardcover but the inside holds a spiral which makes it really easy for the book to stay open on the page you are looking at.  This is a really good thing especially when trying to follow the yummy and easy recipes found inside!

There are over 45 different recipes that are really easy to make.  Including the icing!  I didn’t even know there were so many different ways to make cupcakes.  The Karat Cupcakes recipe is yummy by the way.  If you love carrot cake, you will love this recipe!  How about some Lemon Raspberry or some Pina Colada cupcakes?  I can’t wait to get baking this summer for the 4th of July and make Strawberry Shortcake and the Red, White, and You cupcakes!  How about some fall favorites such as Pumpkin?  Yummy!  Another one that I am looking forward to making are Caramel Apple cupcakes!  The decorating tips are also really cute and for those ones, you even add a popsicle stick on the top through the icing and cupcake!

Another thing I have never tried before was turning pancakes into cupcakes.  Lots of ideas!  This book doesn’t even leave out your furry family members either.  There is a recipe for mini Pupcakes for man’s best friend!

Not only can you find tons of amazing recipes in this book, but there is also a section of decorating ideas.  The image above shows a great tip for bridal or even baby shower cakes!  I love making cupcakes for the holidays and there is a great cake decorating for Christmas.  It shows you and gives you the directions on how to turn your cupcakes into Christmas Trees!

How about some Halloween goodies?!  Aren’t they cute?  I love it because these decorating tips and ideas are so simple but yet, you can make your cupcakes look gorgeous.  I love the icing recipe section because I usually just use your typical icing but I love being able to have actual icing flavors to go with the flavor of the cake.  There is also a section of recipes for filling and preserves to add to the inside of your cupcakes for a little surprise.  The Sweet Little Book of Cupcakes will show you how!

I love the elastic wrap around band because I can put loose recipes inside my book and can make sure that they don’t fall out.  Also, it works great to keep your place in the book!  I love it, lots of recipes and decorating ideas to make all kinds of cupcakes.  The book is also the perfect size to stash safely inside a recipe box!
