The Glow In The Dark set is a Walmart exclusive that is normally $59.96 as is the regular starter pack and portal owner packs.
There is a “portal owner” pack that does not include the portal for owners who already have the first Skylanders game.
All three consol versions are available for Site to Store for free store pick up without having to pay shipping.
Tip:Â If you already have the portal, it’s cheaper buying this pack for only $39 instead of $59.96 – you will just have an extra portal which will come in handy if you have a puppy that likes to chew up cords like I do.
