Nerf Rebelle Heartbreaker Bow Review #NERFRebelle #GotItFree

I am a BzzAgent and not long ago I was invited to join the Nerf Rebelle Campaign.  My daughter was really excited because we received a free Nerf Rebelle Heartbreaker Bow in our BzzKit.  We also received a Dart Refill Pack, Tattoos and coupons to pass around to get a free dart pack with the purchase of a Heartbreaker Bow.  As soon as our kit arrived, we took it out and got it outside to play!

The Heartbreaker Bow comes with 5 darts and even has a dart holder accessory attached to it.  We love it because even though it’s a bow, there are no arrows – it uses darts!  This is awesome because it is so much simpler than trying to knock arrows.  The darts are easily loaded in the front of the bow – one at a time.  You simply pull back on the bow string and let it go.  When you pull back on the bow string, you see a string in the middle that triggers the dart.  Letting go releases the dart and it goes flying.

The great thing about it is that it is lightweight.  It’s easy to hold, easy to use and easy to play with.  In my opinion, it’s one of the easiest Nerf toys that my kids have.  The darts are supposed to shoot up to 75 feet.  I think it depends on how you hold it and how fast you let it go.  My daughter can get it to go about 25 feet and I can get it to go maybe 40.  Making sure that the middle string is  completely straight and letting go faster will make the dart shoot further.  If you tilt the bow upwards a little, that also helps how far the dart will shoot.

Nerf Stand – off!

Our son has tons of Nerf toys and this is actually the first one that my daughter has.  She normally uses her brother’s toys when they play together.  The colors of the Nerf Rebelle line are absolutely adorable and she loves it.  She thinks it’s just the coolest thing!  They have made a game out of who can shoot the furthest and the first time they were outside playing, they were out there for a few hours.  The Heartbreaker Bow is so easy to use that our almost 4 year old can even shoot it unlike other Nerf toys that our older son has.  The Heartbreaker Bow is recommended for 8 years and older though.

One thing I was worried about since it is a bow, was how durable the bow string was.  I have come to find out that it is in fact very durable!  Overall, we absolutely love the Nerf Heartbreaker Bow!!

Buy It:  You can now buy the Nerf Rebelle line (there’s a lot more than just the bow) at retailers such as Walmart, Toys R Us and Target.  Great prices too!  I just saw them all at Walmart the other day!  Check out!

Disclaimer:  I was not compensated for this post.  I am a BzzAgent and received a FREE kit that included the Nerf Rebelle Heartbreaker Bow, Dart Refill Pack, Tattoos and coupons to pass around.  Any opinions expressed in my review are completely 100% my own honest opinions.
