I just made these earlier today and they are really good! They really are chewy, the caramel is soft without sticking to your teeth and the crust is absolutely delicious. The crust isn’t as sweet as the caramel top which is a great contrast so they aren’t overly sweet. The dollops of the crust on top makes for an extra bit of crisp and contrast. Absolutely yummy!
