If you do have a blog, there are places to add information about your blog.
If you are chosen as a tester, part of the requirements is to make a short video review using the toy you will be sent.
To make sure you can upload videos, you are asked to provide your most current YouTube video link so they know you can upload a video.
Application will close at 11:59pm EST on February 4, 2014.
If you are selected, you will be notified via email no later than February 7, 2014.
Toy Testers must be residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
You also keep the toy they send you!

I just checked it, it worked for me. Maybe it was a problem with their facebook page. Have you tried again? If not, go to Step2 facebook page and you should see a tab at the top of their page to apply.
