Kiss Looks So Natural Lashes Review @KissProducts #KISSLashes

You may have seen my previous post about my Jadore VoxBox from Influenster.  In my box, one of the products that I received for free to try and review was Kiss Looks So Natural Lashes.  I am not one that typically wears falsies but since my natural lashes are thinning out, I thought I would give them a try.  One reason I don’t typically wear falsies is that because they never seem to look right on me.  They are usually too thick for me and I just don’t like the way they look.  However, these lashes look awesome!

First you want to make sure you are putting the right lash on the right eye.  It makes a difference which lash goes on which eye.  If you look above at the way I am holding them under my eyes, that is exactly how you put them on.  The inner corners of the lashes are in the middle as you are looking at the packaging that way.  I actually had to hold them that way before applying them and paid attention to which eye I was supposed to be working on.

When I took these out (I took out one at a time) I noticed how feathery the lashes actually felt.  They are thin (which is awesome to me) and they are tapered making them have a more natural look.  They are so soft, it almost makes you feel like they are real lashes.  When removing them, make sure to remove them from the packaging carefully.  They are very, very flexible so they are really easy to fit and apply.

In the bottom picture of my lash, is where I was fitting the falsie to my eye.  As you can see, in that particular picture, the lash isn’t actually glued in place.  To fit, just drop the falsie on your natural lash.  It will sit fairly well.  Then you can move it to where you will most likely apply.  If you have any of the false lash hanging too far out in the outer corner, you can cut them.  I would advise that you cut little by little until you get the desired fit.  You also want to make sure you are cutting from the outer corner and not the inner corner.  If you confuse yourself like I did (I almost cut at the wrong place but didn’t), you can tell which corner is which by looking at the length of the lashes.  The inner corner has shorter lashes than the outer corner does.  If you cut at the inner corner, your lashes may not look right.

After you get the right fit, you can apply them.  Don’t worry if they aren’t the full length of your lash line if you happen to cut just a little more than you wanted to.  After you center them, it won’t be noticeable.  While holding my lash with a flat tweezer, I applied the adhesive/glue that came with the lashes.  It’s very easy, the cap has a “wand” on it and you just run the adhesive along the length of the lash band.  You want to wait about 30 seconds before putting on because you want the glue to become a little tacky.  I say this because if you just go straight forward without waiting, they may slide all over the place.

Then I placed the lash right on top of my natural lashes starting at the center.  Once I pushed it into my lash line in the center, I was able to pull up and push in both the inner and out corners.  Keep pushing in all along the lash line.  The adhesive that came with these lashes tend to dry pretty quickly.  One of them I had to try a second time.  And that’s it!

I wear glasses and I was worried that they would get in the way.  Even though the lashes are longer, they didn’t get in the way of my glasses which made me happy.  I love the curl too them.  No need to curl your lashes with these.  A tip that I would recommend is apply your mascara to your natural lashes before applying these falsies.  After you have the falsies blended in with your natural lashes, the mascara hides the fact that you are wearing them.  No need to put mascara on the falsies because they are black enough.  Unless you really want to.  I can easily get a few uses out of the same ones by not applying mascara too them.  They are also easy to clean and easy to remove the adhesive from them.

I would recommend using a different glue/adhesive though.  The adhesive that came with these lashes don’t hold long and like I mentioned above, I had to do one of my lashes a second time.  That aside, the lashes themselves are really awesome!  I love the look and I will definitely be wearing them again and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t typically wear them!
