There are a total of 20 entry periods where the first 50 will get one.  (This started May 7, 2014).

Each new entry period STARTS at 12:00am MIDNIGHT each day so to be one of the first 50, you have to submit at that time.

If you are 1 of the first 50 you will be notified via email.  You can enter once per day.
