Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies Review #ad

natures bounty hair skin and nails

I am a member of Smiley360 and a while back I was given the opportunity to try Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies for free.  I was sent a free Smiley Mission package that included free product and a few other goodies so that I could take the 30 Day Challenge and share what I thought about them.

Included in my package along with the full size bottle of Gummies, I received a couple hair ties, nail file, compact mirror and some samples to share.  I immediately started taking my Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies.  I had heard of them and heard good things about them so I couldn’t wait to see what they would do for me.  First I have to say the texture of them is fabulous and the flavor is so unbelievably good it’s crazy!  Below is a little information about them.  Source of information – Smiley360 mission page.

What I thought about them

First I want to tell you about my nails before I started taking these.  My nails were never strong.  They broke easily, snagged easily, and they were always misshapen.  Since they were always so short, it was hard to file and shape them so I never bothered much with them unless I was using my fake nails.  I used fake nails all the time because I love doing my nails.  My nails were never very smooth either.  After I started taking the gummies, a week went by and I didn’t really notice anything yet.  Two weeks went by and it felt like my nails were stronger and then I realized that I hadn’t had any broken nails for about a week.  I didn’t really think they were getting much longer though.  I do want to clarify that these really aren’t supposed to just make your nails and hair grow.  These make your hair and nails healthier and stronger so that they can grow.

It wasn’t until after I put my before and after pictures together that my nails really were longer!  Not surprising though after knowing how much stronger they were.  They are smoother and have a much more overall healthier look.  Now with my natural nails having the length that I prefer (I don’t like them too long), I can do my nails without having to use fake nails.  It’s weird too because the shape of my fingers and the way my nails grow, they already grow out squared so all I have to do is even them out.  I think it’s awesome!

My hair didn’t grow much longer than it already was.  In the last 30 days I have probably about an inch more on my hair but that could also be just because my hair tends to grow fast.  I have noticed that my hair is softer, shinier, and a lot stronger as well.  I have naturally curly hair and it is so curly that no matter what type of brush I use, my curls never hold.  Instead my hair just poofs out.  Now when I brush my hair, my curls are starting to actually hold the curls and looks much, much healthier overall.

I didn’t notice much about my skin overall but the skin around my nails is a lot better.  I get little torn pieces of skin around my nails constantly.  In the before and after pictures above, you can see that in the after ones, its not as noticeable or hardly see a problem.

My overall opinion?  I am buying more of these!  Biotin is good for my nails and hair and I am loving the results!  If you want to give them a go, take the Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails 30 Day Challenge!  If you do, be sure to let me know how it works out for you!
