Snuggle Exhilarations Fabric Softener Blog Review #SnugglyDreams #FreeSample #TeamSnuggle

Since becoming a member of the Snuggle Bear Den, I have received a few missions.  One of my most recent ones was the Snuggle Exhilarations Snuggly Dreams Mission.  I received a free kit that included a free full size product and a free product coupon that I can pass along to a friend so she could also try it.

The Snuggle Exhilarations that I received was in the scent of White Lavender & Sandalwood.  I say was as in pass tense because I am out!  I need to buy some more.  I absolutely love this stuff.  When I received my kit, I was expecting a lot of scent – overpowering scent because I could smell it even before I opened the bottle.  So I was kind of worried because even though I like a lot of scent in my clothes, I also don’t want something that’s overly powerful and end up being too much.  When I opened my bottle, I was actually pleasantly surprised.  It really wasn’t overpowering at all.  It was the right amount for my liking.

Before I go too much into my use and what I thought, I want to tell you a little about the product itself first.  First of all, it is safe for all HE machines.  The 32 fl oz bottle that I received is good for 32 loads.  That of course depends on your load size.  I always do a full load which is considered a large load and I still got close to 32 loads.  For regular loads, fill the cap to the second line.  For large loads, fill to the third line.

The directions say not to put directly on clothes and should use it in your machine dispenser.  Mine is in the center of the agitator.  This fabric softener is concentrated so I fill my dispenser with water to the line on it and then pour in my Snuggle.  That’s what my machine requires anyway.  This is nice though because I don’t have to worry about waiting and forgetting when I get to the rinse cycle.  I can do this at the beginning of the wash.  If your machine does not have a dispenser, I suggest waiting until the rinse cycle when the water is full so you don’t pour it directly on your clothes.

I have used a whole bottle of this product and it doesn’t clog my washer and it doesn’t make my towels lose absorbency.  Some fabric softeners may do that but I didn’t experience any of that with this product.  I can tell the difference in my clothes as soon as I take them out of the washer to put them in the dryer.  They already feel really soft before they are even dry.  I never noticed any kind of residue on my clothes or in my washer.  Never experienced any negative impact on my dryer either when drying my clothes that I have used the product with.

Now on to my thoughts.  I know I already said that I love Snuggle Exhilarations and love the scent but I will say it again.  I love it.  The scent is really great and it is long lasting.  I did a load of towels and took the last towel out of my linen closet 4 days later (I have tons of towels because if I didn’t, I would be washing towels every day as many that we go through), that towel still smelled just as great as the day I took it out of the dryer.  Our clothes are the same way whether they are folded in a drawer or hanging in a closet.  Although the clothes in the drawer is slightly more noticeable than the ones in the closet.  Most likely because they are closed up in a small space.

The softness.  Oh my goodness, the softness.  I love wearing my clothes after using it.  They feel so soft on the skin and towels are amazing.  Who doesn’t want a super soft towel that smells great?  I washed our bed sheets  and pillowcases too and it’s so nice that even a week later even being slept in, they are also still really soft and still smell good too.  I’m not sure if this product is supposed to reduce static but I have noticed a bit less static when taking them out of the dryer.  I wanted to use it without any kind of scent boosters or dryer sheets so I can write a fair review on it.  I do still need dryer sheets when washing things like fleece though.

My overall impression?  I really like it!

For more information, you can visit: and you can also see where you can buy this product.  You can buy it at stores like Kroger, Walgreens, and Giant Eagle for roughly around $3-$5 depending on where you buy.  There may be other stores depending on your location.

Now that I am finished with my review, I wanted to kind of tell you about the Snuggle Bear Den.  It’s free to sign up and you may receive missions such as these and receive free products to try and share what you think.  If you are accepted into a mission, you complete simple tasks like sharing on facebook, sharing on twitter, write a blog post, make a video review, etc.  Being a blogger is not a requirement though.  You earn points for these actions and you only have to get a certain amount of points to complete the mission.  You can complete more actions for more points.  I am assuming the more points you have, the more opportunities you might receive.  They will send you emails containing very short surveys and emails about missions you may be able to join.  If you are interested in signing up, you can sign up HERE.

Disclaimer:  I was not compensated for this post.  I am a Snuggle Bear Den/Team Snuggle member and received free product mentioned in this post for free for my use and review from Snuggle/Sun Products through the Snuggle Bear Den.  All opinions are 100% my own from my own personal experience.
