I am a Purex Insider and not too long ago I received the opportunity to try Renuzit Pearl Scents in our home for my use and review. I was sent a free kit which included product and coupons. All opinions expressed in my review are 100% my own. I was really excited to try these out.
First of all, I think it looks really attractive sitting around on a table, shelf, etc. When I first opened my box, I could smell it and it smelled really good. I was worried that it lost a lot of the scent because as much as I could smell it, it was sealed. To my surprise after three weeks, I can still smell it. Anyway, after you unseal it, you can really smell it. It’s kind of strong at first in my opinion but it is very pleasant.
You can see that the jar is filled with gel-like orbs. After you unseal it, you put the cap on. I love the cap because it has really pretty decorative holes so that the scent can escape. I have a really large living room where I have kept my pearl scents and I think it does a really good job. You can smell it really well throughout the whole room. After about a week, the constant scent wasn’t as noticeable unless you walked closer to it or a waft of are moved passed it. However, that doesn’t mean the scent didn’t last. We just got used to it. Even after two weeks, we would leave the house for a while and as soon as we walked into the door, the living room was filled with the scent. So I am pretty happy about that and have also received some compliments or asked by others who stopped by what smelled so good.
I did try putting it in my bathroom but it was too much in there. Our bathroom is very tiny. When our house was built they must have thought the living room, kitchen, dining room, foyer and bedrooms needed to be huge and forgot to put in a bathroom until last and ran out of space. It’s been a joke in our house for a few years now – that’s how small it is!
Anyway, even after three weeks we can still smell it. I absolutely love it. It’s definitely not as strong now after all this time though. Every once in a while I will give it a little shake to move the orbs around to revitalize the scent but overall, it’s still going pretty strong. It’s definitely long lasting. I just realized that I forgot to mentioned the scent that I received. I received Blue Sky Breeze and I absolutely love it. It just smells really fresh. Overall I think it’s great. You can even make it more decorative by removing the brand wrapper on the jar.
There are 5 different scents to choose from:
