My kids are older now (my youngest is now almost 6 years old) but I love Halo. We used a Halo SleepSack with our youngest. Halo SleepSack replaces blankets in the crib because it’s a wearable blanket. Much safer than a loose blanket. I loved our son’s. It kept him warm without overheating and I didn’t have to worry about extra blankets in his crib. It’s much like a sack really. It zips up baby while they have their arms free. The SleepSack Swaddle has a swaddle attached for newborns which is really awesome. And you never have to worry about little feet getting cold because their legs and feet are inside the SleepSack. I loved it!
I also love Halo for all the work they do promoting safe sleep practices and they have a new program that they are doing by working with hospitals. Below is a little more information about Halo.
HALO Innovations is dedicated to putting the health, safety and well-being of babies first. The HALO family of products, including HALO SleepSacks and SleepSack Swaddles, SwaddeSure and the best-selling HALO BassinestTM Swivel Sleeper, help children from newborn to toddler age sleep better and safer.
HALO is excited to announce that their HALO SleepSack Swaddles are now used in over 1,400 hospitals nationwide. Through HALO’s Safer Way to Sleep In-Hospital Program, hospitals and NICUs across the country are able to replace their nursery blankets with our SleepSack Swaddles, increasing parent education about infant safe sleep practices – right from the start.
