What are they?

They are very thin, very crunchy cookies. So the name cookie chips is perfect! They are great to eat as a snack right out of the bag, or you can use them with other foods. Like ice cream. There are some fun ideas on their website that you can check out if you like.

The Different Flavors

There are a variety of different flavors of these cookie chips. There’s nine to be exact. You can enjoy Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Sugar, Sea Salt Caramel, Original, Dark Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter with Sea Salt (this one sounds really yummy!), Coconut White Chocolate with Sea Salt, Lemon Sugar (Gluten Free), and Chocolate Chip (Gluten Free). 

The cookie chips that I received was the regular Chocolate Chip Cookie Chips. I immediately opened them as soon as I received them. I just couldn’t help myself. It was right before dinner too but the attractive package was calling my name. So I tried a few. And I was a very happy person.

If I were to eat regular cookies, I want them soft and chewy but since these are not your typical cookies, I welcomed the crunchiness of them. I love the crispy, crunchy texture. They aren’t so crunchy that they are hard to chew either.

The chocolate chips aren’t really big. They aren’t very noticeable in my opinion but that’s okay. The chips are very flavorful and the chips have a great chocolate chip flavor. They are really sweet too. They tasted fresh like fresh baked cookies that have the texture of being way overdone without having the taste of being overdone if that makes any sense. 

These are very yummy and I think they are perfect on their own but I also added some to a small bowl of french vanilla ice cream. Hey, all in moderation. I am definitely going to have to try some of the other varieties because I can’t say enough how awesome these cookie chips are!
