This is DustinNikki Mommy of Three’s Holiday Gift Guide 2018 – Stocking Stuffers. I have been working on my Holiday Gift Guide all last month and as I was putting things together, I thought about doing it this year in two parts. This first part is my Stocking Stuffers Guide and will be linked in my Holiday Gift Guide which will also be posted in a day or two. I thought it would be easier this way because our list this year is pretty long. In this guide, you will find all kind of really great stocking stuffers which all three of my kids love. Their ages are 9,12, and 17. However, most of these stocking gift ideas are for ages 4-6 years and older. Lets get started shall we?
L.O.L. Surprise Fashion Tags
These are super cute and are so much fun to collect for the LOL Surprise fans out there. My daughter loves them. In each package you receive a fashion tag and a puffy sticker. There are 20 regular tags and 4 rare glitter tags. They all come on a colored chain. There are also 12 different puffy stickers you can collect too. The tags are adorable and feature LOL Surprise dolls and they each have a saying on them too. You can get these at Target stores for $3.99 each. See my full review here – LOL Surprise Fashion Tags
L.O.L. Surprise Collector’s Cards
My daughter LOVES collecting these cards. There are 99 cards that you can collect. Each package contains 12 base (regular cards) and there are also two surprise cards in each pack. These surprise cards could be pop-up cards, gold embossed cards, foil cards, or glitter cards. You can get these card packs at Target stores for $2.99 each. See my full review here – LOL Surprise Collector Cards
Jurassic World Trading Cards
These cards are pretty cool too. My boys love them. There are different cards that can be found in these packs. You can find dino and film cards. The film cards show different scenes from the movie Fallen Kingdom. You can also collect 3D action cards, heat and reveal cards, and even some rare authentic costume cards. These cards contain a piece of costume that a character worn in the movie. My boys think these cards are pretty neat. Well, I do to! You can get these card packs at Target stores for $1.99 each. JoJo Siwa Mini Mystery Bows
You can find these mini bows in packs of two or three. Along with the regular packs of them, you can find the mystery bows. Unlike the regular ones, the mystery bows come in a blind bag. You don’t know which bows you will get. There are tons of them to collect. The Mystery Bow packages go along with the same idea like BFF jewelry. You can tear the package in half and keep on for yourself and give one to your bestie. The two bows in each package are different but similar. That way you and your friend can have similar matching bows. My daughter not only wears them in her hair, she will clip them to her shoes or backpack too. You can find these bows at stores like Walmart and Target for $4.99 each. See my full review here – JoJo Siwa Mini Mystery Bows
Squish’Ums Skull Series
Who doesn’t love squishy toys? My kids love them. I really like these skulls myself. They are a low rise foam toy and are so much fun to play with. In the Skull Series, there are 16 different ones to collect. They come in blind bags so you don’t know which ones you are going to get. You can find them at Target and Walmart stores for $4.99 each. See my full review here – Squish’Ums Skull Series
Squish’Ums Yummy Series
Series 2 of the Yummy Series is now available. There are 16 different ones you can collect. There are four cupcakes, four ice cream cones, four cool treats and four donuts you can collect. Each type is different. They have a slight sweet scent to them too. So what are they? They are squishy toys made with slow rise foam like the Skulls mentioned above. Unlike the Skulls, these have mini lanyard clips on them so they can be attached to backpacks and what-not too. They come in blind packaging so you don’t know what you are going to get. You can find these at stores like Target and Walmart for $4.99 each. See my full review here – Squish’Ums Yummy Series
Squish’Ums Pet Boutique Series
The slow rise foam Pet Boutique toys are a little bigger than the Yummy series toys. They also have a mini clip lanyard like the Yummy Series has too. Which means that these too can be clipped onto backpacks and what-not. These pets are super adorable. My daughter adores them. Not only are they fun to play with, they are also super cute. Like the other series, there are 16 different ones you can collect. These also come in blind packaging. There are four kittens, four puppies, four bunnies and four unicorns. You can find these at stores like Target and Walmart for $4.99 each. See my full review here – Squish’Ums Pet Boutique
BrainStem CUB3D BLOCK2BOT
My older son love brain teaser toys and puzzle toys like this. The BLOCK2BOT is a wooden block that can be transformed into a robot. The cube is made up of a bunch of smaller cubes that are are strung together. Each block has different slots all over them allowing the cube to be manipulated in so many different ways, you can make all kids of shapes or figure out how to turn it into a bot. Then you can figure out how to turn it back into a cube.
There are tons of ways to manipulate it that it never gets boring. It’s not something that can just be easily solved and then forgotten because it becomes boring. At least not in my son’s case. You can find these toys at stores like Target. There is also three different version/colors you can get. See my full review here – BrainStem CUB3D BLOCK2BOT
BrainStem Goo Lab Putty
These are really fun to play with. Each putty has something unique about them. The Crystal Putty is crystal clear. If it gets cloudy looking, it turns crystal clear again after sitting in only a few minutes. The Glow Putty glows in the dark. It glows really, really well too. This is putty and not slime. It doesn’t run or ooze anywhere. You can stretch it, twist it, snap it, bounce it, and even sculpt it. My kids like to roll it in a ball and bounce it like a bouncy ball.
There isn’t any sticky residue and it’s not sticky either. You can also get Pearl Putty, Magnetic Putty, and UV Reactive Putty. The Magnetic Putty sounds really interesting! Each one comes in a storage tin. The storage tins close pretty tightly too keeping the putty good for a long while. You can get these at stores like Target. Poo Goo Unicorn Poo!
As long as you are a parent who is comfortable with slime in your house, this stuff is fun to play with. I think the name and and bottle is actually pretty cute. This Unicorn Poo feels like liquid but it plays like goo. Unless your kids are tearing it into pieces and throwing it everywhere, clean up is pretty easy. It’s gooey and oozey but it’s not sticky like other slimes may be. It doesn’t have a sticky residue either. I like stuff like this because I think it’s fun for sensory play. My youngest loves this stuff. You can get it at stores like Target and Walmart for $2.99 each. See my full review here – Poo Goo Unicorn Poo
There are a total of 8 different ones you can collect. There is a hedgehog, an owl, unicorn, fox, pig, cow, dog and a narwhal. We have a hedgehog and it is really adorable. So what are these toys? Well, they are a plushie with slow rise foam inside. They are squishy and fun to cuddle. Another thing about them is that they are completely round like a ball so you can toss them and roll them too. Our hedgehog is super soft too! Since they are about 6 inches round, they may not fit in a stocking but I thought this one fit on my Stocking Stuffer guide. I believe you can find these at Target. These are super cute! Each box contains candy, a collector’s card, and a super adorable bracelet featuring foodie charms. There are three different types; Munchies, Bakies, and Sweeties. The collector cards match the bracelet you get in the box. I can’t tell you enough how cute these little charms are. So much fun to collect. These are my daughter’s new obsession.
