Easter Basket Goodies and Toys Round-Up 2019

Since Easter is coming up soon, I thought I would put together an Easter Basket Goodies and Toys Round-Up. We try not to buy our kids a lot of candy. Instead we like to fill their baskets with more small toys or other non-edible things. The items in this post include some of my kids’ favorite little toys. Some of which I already got for their baskets and some are things that I am considering because they like them. All the toys in this post are for ages 3 years and older or 6 years and older.

LiL’ Flockers

LiL’ Flockers come in blind bags because they are a surprise toy. Inside each package you get a really cute Unicorn figurine and a sticker. These figurines are pretty durable too and solid. They also have a fuzzy coating. These really colorful unicorns are a new thing that my daughter is into collecting. Which of course is fitting since she has a unicorn obsession! See my full review hereLiL’Flockers Unicorn Figurines

“The Lil’ Flockers fuzzy friends are besties you didn’t know were missing from your life! Each blind bag comes with a secret magical unicorn figure, a colorful unicorn sticker, and a checklist to keep track of your mythical friends! With 18 to collect, you’re going to want to collect them all!”

MSRP: $3.99 You can find these at Target stores!

Cutie Cuffs Unicorns

These little guys are super adorable! These are little plush unicorns that can be attached to your wrist so you can take your unicorn buddy with you. My daughter also clips them around her beltloops sometimes. They are super soft and there are 8 different colorful ones. Their “arms” unwrap somewhat like those slap bracelets. Then you can fold and close their arms around your wrist. See my full review hereCutie Cuffs Unicorns

“Did someone say magical?!? Unicorn Cutie Cuffs are guaranteed to bring some sparkle to your day and add some rainbow magic to your wrist! With 8 huggable friends to collect, you’re going to want to take these enchanted creatures with you wherever you go!”

MSRP: $4.99 You can get them at Target stores!

Easter Radz Candy Dispensers

My kids love Radz candy dispensers. They have some other character ones. These bunnies can be clipped and carried on the go. The tops twist off so you can fill them with candy. Then the tops slide back and the candy pops out of their mouth! You can get a pink, purple, or blue bunny. Oh, and the candy is pretty good too. See my full review hereEaster Radz Candy Dispensers

“Each dispenser comes with a 0.7 oz pack of yummy Easter themed candy featuring Bunny Berry Blast, Eggcelent Fruit Jumble, Hoppin’ Bubble Gum and Tropical Spring Time flavors, and a coloring poster!”

MSRP: $2.99 – $3.99. You can get Radz candy dispensers at stores like Target and Walmart.

Radz Easter Foamz

These are also really cute! Like the previous candy dispenser, the Radz candy that come with this little guys is pretty good. In this collection, there are three bunnies; white, pink and blue and a yellow chick! You can fill them with candy at the bottom. They are also foam so they are fun to play with and squish. They too come with a clip so you can clip them to bag, backpacks and more! See my full review hereRadz Easter Foamz

“These EGGciting squishable Easter dispensers are available in three hoppy bunnies – Cookie, Clover, and Cooper and a chick name Conner! The Foamz dispensers can even double as finger puppets so you can add to the Easter festivities by entertaining your family with an amusing show.”

MSRP: $2.99 – $3.99. You can get Radz candy dispensers at stores like Target and Walmart.

Floof Zoo Babies or Other Floof Sets

“Floof is the super soft compound allows you to play without limits with the all-new Zoo Babies play set! Mold your favorite jungle animals! Comes complete with Floof, a special cat track roller and three 3-D animal molds. All packed inside a convenient storage bucket.” These are great for sensory play and a lot of fun to play with. Ages 3 years and older.

Available on Amazon and other stores. Retails $14.99.

Sands Alive!

“The most comprehensive and creative line in this category, Sands Alive! is 100% non-toxic, anti-bacterial and won’t stain. Picks up easily off the floor and carpets. Mold it into hard durable shapes, and with a soft touch it will break apart and appear to move almost as if it were alive!” My kids have some of this stuff and it’s really fun to play with. We keep it in a shallow bin when they play with it so they don’t get it everywhere. This one is great for sensory play too. Ages 3 years and older.

You can get it on Amazon and other stores with a retail price of $11.99 to $25.99 depending on the size of set.

Play Dirt

“Available in a variety of fun and unique sets, Play Dirt looks and feels like real dirt but without the mess! Soft, pliable and moldable like our original Sands Alive!, now kids can play with the Cleanest Dirt on Planet Earth and their parents will love it!” My boys love playing in dirt with cars and trucks and things. They love Sands Alive so I am sure they would really love this stuff. That way they can play with “dirt” when they are stuck inside. Ages 3 years and older.

You can get it on Amazon and other stores. It retails for $11.99 to $20.99 depending on size of set.

Aqua Squisheez

“Aqua Squisheez represents a totally new concept in squishy and grow products. Filled with a material that expands in water, Aqua Squisheez will “inflate“ five times their original size in 10-15 minutes after emerging in water. Once inflated they become super soft and squishy, and will not dry out or shrink! Lots of fun to watch grow, and even more fun to squish and play with! There are five styles to choose from!” My youngest loves these water growing toys but we have never had any that didn’t shrink up when taken out of the water before. These don’t! Ages 3 years and older.

Retails $5.99 each. You can get them on Amazon and other stores.

Giant Bead Ball and Giant Color Morph Gel Ball

The Bead Ball – Filled with water beads, just squeeze it and feel the little beads glide through your fingers for a super satisfying, sensory experience! Color Morph Ball – Just squeeze and feel relief! When you squish and squeeze this stress ball, you`ll feel the soft gel and see the amazing color changing before your eyes! An amazing and sensory experience to both feel and see. These are great for sensory play too. I also think they are a great way to relieve stress whether you are a kid or an adult! Ages 8 years and older.

These are both available on Amazon with a retail price of $17.99 each.

Crayola Dough

“Mold, shape and mix this safe, pliable dough in classic Crayola colors all contained in a crayon-shaped tub. 5oz Dough in a plastic canister.” You can get these in 5oz containers or even get them in a party pack with a variety of colors. I absolutely love the containers. They are super cute! They are for ages 3 years and older. You can get them on Amazon and other stores too. I saw some at Walmart just the other day.

The party pack retails for $6.99 and the tubs retail for $1.99 each.

Crayola Dough Surprise Eggs

“Introducing Crayola Dough Eggs! These palm-sized eggs are jam-packed for hours of creative fun. Each colorful Crayola Dough egg includes 1 Dough Pack and 1 Shape Cutter, but you don’t know which color you receive until you crack open your egg! Available in 6 different colors, these mini eggs feature a variety of different shaping tools for unlimited possibilities!” These look like so much fun. And since they come in eggs, these are perfect for Easter baskets! My kids love surprise toys too so these will be extra fun. Ages 3 years and older.

Retails for $1.99 each. You can get them on Amazon and other stores.

Crayola Slyme

Ooey, gooey, translucent and so much fun! Crayola Slyme comes in Crayola signature colors and cute plastic tubs that look like crayons. Available in tubs, 3-pack and 6-packs. These are for ages 3 years and older. You can get them on Amazon and at other stores. Again, I love the crayon shaped tubs! Super cute. And my kiddos love slime so there’s a plus!

Retail prices are $3.99 to $18.99 depending on if you are buying single tubs, or multi packs.

Minecraft Mystery Mini Figures

My boys love these. First of all, they love Minecraft and second of all, they love surprise toys. These mini figures come in blind boxes so you have no idea what you are going to get. Even if you open the box, you can can’t see what you got until you open up the black bag inside of it. My son’s have a lot of these little figures in their room. They get a lot of play out of them. Our older son is more into collecting them though and has a shelf full of them along with some other collectibles.

You can get these at most stores that sell toys. We find them all the time at Walmart, Meijer, and Target all the time for around $3.00 each. Depending on the store.

Minecraft Spawn Egg Mini Figures

Yes, more mini figures! A lot of the time my boys have gotten different types of figures than they have gotten in any of the mystery boxes they have had. They like these spawn eggs because they can be used to keep their figures inside. The spawn eggs are plastic and pretty durable too. You can only store on figure in them but I guess it’s better than just a figure like you get with the boxes. At least these are spawn eggs. I don’t know much about Minecraft but apparently that’s a cool thing.

You can get these at most stores that sells toys. We see them pretty often at stores like Target and Walmart for around $5.00 depending on the store. The last time we bought some, I found them at Gamestop when they were having a sale on them for only a couple dollars.

Easter Peeps Plushies

These were a big hit with our kids. The last couple years we have gotten one of these for each of them. I think in total we have a purple, pink, yellow, blue, green and an orange one. They come in different sizes too and they also come as a bunny or chick. All the ones we have in our house are bunnies so if I get them one this year, I think I’ll have to go with the chicks.

You can get these almost anywhere for $5 to $10 depending on the size. The other day I saw some pretty big ones but of course the bigger you go, the bigger the price.

Yellies Voice Activated Spider and Bunnies!

This past Christmas my kids wanted these Yellies Spiders. They are really cute but they are a little crazy. They are fun to play with and my kids love them. I saw they now have bunnies which I thought was perfect for Easter since they love their spiders so much. Anyway, these little guys activate and go running in the direction of your voice. The louder you yell, the crazier these things get. The first time my son played with one he couldn’t stop laughing and the little thing just kept chasing him. That only made him laugh even more.

Just fair warning, these little guys can get crazy but kids can be even crazier!

You can get these at most stores that sell toys. I recently saw the bunnies at Walmart. I have also seen them at Target and Meijer stores as well. Prices that I have seen can range from $10 to $15.

Other Ideas

I just thought I would add a few more ideas before I close my post. Other things that would be great for an Easter basket are those little Lego bag sets. You can usually find those for around $5 or $6. Outdoor bubble sets have been a pretty cool find in our house on Easter. Other items I have put in baskets before are small scale Nerf guns or dart refills for other Nerf guns my kids already have.

The other kind of things that I like to put in our daughter’s basket is a writing journal. I think I get her one almost every year. She appreciates it because she loves journaling. Since she loves journaling, pens are always great to put in there. Gel pens and other cool ones. She isn’t one for doing her makeup or hair but she does like lotions and hair clips. She is still into Lip Smacker so I usually find some of those to put in her basket too.

Hopefully you can find this helpful if you are looking for some non candy ideas!
