LOL Surprise Mystery Scrunchies from Bulls i Toy Review

LOL Surprise Mystery Scrunchies

The LOL Surprise Mystery Scrunchies are a lot of fun! The LOL Surprise Mystery Scrunchies are from Bulls i Toy and fun to collect. My daughter doesn’t go anywhere without a hair scrunchie whether she wears it in her hair or not. And of course she is obsessed with LOL Surprise so these are perfect! These are similar to the LOL Surprise Mini Mystery Bows.

LOL Surprise Mystery Scrunchies

One for you and one for your BFF!

The packaging is really cute. First of all, they come in surprise packaging. Which means you have no idea which scrunchies you are going to get. Each package comes with two mystery scrunchies. And for more fun, there is easy tear perforation so you can keep one half and give the other half to a friend. Both halves still stay completely sealed. That way you and your friend can be surprised together! What a fun concept!

Series 2 Collection

This is series 2 of the LOL Surprise Mystery Scrunchies. There are 24 different ones that you can collect too. That’s another thing that makes them fun. There many different designs and colors.

LOL Surprise Mystery Scrunchies

Some of the designs include different sayings on them. Some of which are inside talking bubbles. I happen to think those ones are pretty adorable. Other designs may include solid colors with LOL Surprise Dolls on them. My daughter has one that even has a barbed wire design and other with stripes.

The Hair Scrunchies

They aren’t huge hair scrunchies but they aren’t really small either. I love the fabric they are made from. It’s almost like a light canvas-type material. I am not really sure if a canvas material is the correct wording to use but that’s what it kind of reminds me of. The quality is pretty great too.

The elastic is really nice. My daughter has been using these in her hair for a while now. Whether she uses them for a ponytail or wears them on her wrist, the elastic doesn’t seem to wear out overly quickly.

How well do they hold and stay in hair?

Short answer is pretty well. My daughter says when her hair is dry, she can twist the scrunchies over twice to hold her ponytail. She did tell me that when her hair is wet, the scrunchie doesn’t stay as tight as she would like. She can still only twist them over twice even when her hair is wet. So she waits until her hair is dry before she uses them. Not really a big deal. It’s better to wait until hair is dry before using them anyway.

Final Thoughts…

She’s pretty happy they do stay in her hair really well though! A couple times a day she will fix her ponytail after it gets a little loose but that’s with any kind of hair scrunchie. She loves them. They are really fun to collect and from our experience, they are made really well. Really cute too. If you have an LOL Surprise fan, check these out!
